IIRC one good thing on those is that geekhack has the conversion info, just search "wyse wy- whatever model" and it should come up. I think youtube has some vids too.
80's mx blacks with the right key caps can have a nice satisfying sound and feel. Its easy to get caught up on the clickers and forget.
